100 Main Ave N, Fayetteville, TN – $350,000
2 Bed, 4.5 Bath, 13,120 square feet. I don’t go searching for commercial buildings, usually just happen upon them. This one was too cool to bypass. “Historic building with elevator. Extensive remodeling and updating completed…Main floor could be kitchen/restaurant, or 2 rental units both w/ bthrms. Great bsmnt . 2nd floor 3 studio units, 4th studio or apartment. Top is loft apart.” Check out the street view here.

17 Jackson St, Cape May, NJ – $1,400,000
13 Bed, 11 Bath. Known as Poor Richard’s Inn and is listed on the National Register of Historic Homes. As usual, major picage going on. I know I must not have a single dial-up user since I post so many pics. If I found myself in Cape May, I would have to stay at this bed and breakfast, in Room 2 since it is my favorite!
Check out the street view, this neighborhood has some beautiful houses! And the aerial view.
- I LOVE the roofing, love the little details, even love the fence.
- Love the warmth this one gives. This home just feels like home, looking at it.
- Love the table, chairs and cabinet/buffet over in the corner.
- I LOVE that they kept the siding exposed in this kitchen. I can’t say there isn’t much I would change about this kitchen. Although I’m not a fan of the counter (no, I would NOT have granite), it somehow fits with this kitchen.
1 Main St, Oxford, AL – $84,900
4 Bed, 3 Bath, 1.88 acres. Just realized this house is in Oxford, I think my sister lives in Oxford. Crime in Oxford use to be double the national average, but the last few years, crime has gone down to just over the national average. Check out the street view here, I wonder what kind of neighborhood this is. Check out the aerial view, I wonder what buildings/area is next door, buildings were there in the Google aerial view (not the street view though.) This is a foreclosure, so no interior pics. Looks like a cute house from the exterior, I love the fence too!

The Scrape-Neil House is in need of your help! This pre-Civil War house is in danger of being demolished. Read the article from the Jackson Sun. And the lady who brought this house to my attention and has been working hard to be sure this house is not demolished, Pecan Place Victorian (AKA Christine) shares a little history of the house. And don’t forget the thread that includes a link to interior pics of the house (I swear, this house has the most jaw dropping ceiling height and tallest baseboard moldings you’ll ever see.)
