10 Bed, 7 Bath, 4500 square feet. This house has been listed for a while. I’ve kept it around, waiting for some interior pics but I guess since this is a multi-unit apartment house, it looks pretty bad interior wise. The street view.

41 Haynsworth St, Sumter, SC – $120,000
4 Bed, 3.5 Bath, 3561 square feet. Not enough pics, but then it is in the middle of a renovation. I thought the history of the house was interesting enough to post though. Fireplace in nearly every room with new HVAC and electrical, sounds like a good deal.

1085 Hwy 261 S, Wedgefield, SC – $475,000
5 bed, 2 bath, 4021 square feet on 20 acres. There is something about this house and property that I am totally in love with. The house doesn’t appear to have been renovated 100 times over with outrageously ugly updates over the years. It has 11′5 ceilings, 5 fireplaces. The property, a “historic horse farm”, looks like something out of a dream.
