3 bed, 2 bath, 2184 square feet. I’ve been seeing this house for a while now and always meant to post it, but waiting, hoping there would be better pics available (well, bigger pics.) Since it doesn’t look like there will ever be any, thought I’d just go ahead and post this house. I always thought that the front porch was weird looking. Now that I think about it, the front porch looks too heavy for the rest of the house, like it is weighing it down.

3340 Parkside Dr, Flint, MI – $389,900

506 Parkview Dr, Detroit, MI – $220,000
6 bed, 3.5 bath, 5500 square feet. I’m not an expert but with a quick glance at the street view, this looks like it is one of the better kept neighborhoods in Detroit. The listing ad says this “has more character than the loony tunes” but looking at the pics, I don’t see it. As a matter of fact, looks like a flip to me.
