1423 Grandview Blvd, Sioux City, IA – $25,900
5 bed, 3 bath, 3060 square feet. This is a foreclosure, no interior pics. Doing a search on the address, I found the city council suggesting demolishing but granting an extension. Who knows what is wrong with the house or what will happen with it, so thought you better see it before its gone. Check out the aerial view here.

2130 Main St, Davenport, IA – $269,900 $259,900
5 bed, 1.75 bath, 3012 square feet. Also includes a 1120 square foot bungalow in the back yard.
1127 Bridge Ave, Davenport, IA – $59,900
4 bed, 1.75 bath, 2616 square feet. If I were a superhero, I’d want the power to transport a house at the blink of an eye to any location I desire. This one has mega potential and is cheap enough, but after having to hear our new punk neighbors play their stupid music as high as possible at 2 in the morning setting off every dog to bark in a 5 mile radius, I’ve made it my mission in life to not have neighbors so close you can hear them go to the bathroom if you listened close enough (well, we could in our last apartment, not here but you get what I mean.) So I’d have to pass on buying this one…considering I don’t live in the same state pretty much cancels yes too.
“To be honest, it needs some work, about $30,000 to make it pristine again plus your labor of love. However, it has it’s charms. Ceilings and Walls are good, huge yard and a decent size garage. 2,616 sq/ft, Huge Master Bedroom, master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, master den with back stairs to kitchen. formal dining room, family room or parlor, .75 bath first floor, huge yard, lots of wrought iron trim. Wooden accents. Two newer furnaces. This could be a real charmer.”
Check out the aerial view here, look for the house at the corner of Bridge Ave and E 12th St. Crime isn’t the best here, but for a town of over 100,000 people I guess it could be worse.
