I’m not sure what I was thinking when I said I wasn’t going to put up houses that sold in my price updates! I have to update the post anyway, why not include it when I go through the houses? I swear, sometimes I don’t understand myself. 
These are some price changes and sold houses from May to October. I do not includes houses that are off market since many times they go off market to go right back on a few weeks later. Also, most listings do not say if the house sold or was just taken off market, hence the ‘no longer listed’ I use when a house is no longer listed. This only took 2 days to go through all the listings. I think eventually I’ll have to re-strategize how I do price updates because eventually it will just take too long to go through. Good thing I don’t have much a life. I’m also still trying to figure out what is easier to read. Is it easier to read the whole line including price changes as a link, or half link but the prices not linked?
