Why is it that every time someone wants to “update” a bathroom, they run out and get a $29.95 Home Depot pedestal sink?
The sunroom looks like it might have once been the back porch. Closing it in seems like a functional thing to do here in TN.
Updated post with the street view. The back porch is actually a side porch. The realtor actually did a great job, or right timing, with the exterior view of the house. You’d think it was out in the country or not next to a house, but the street view gives it a non-cozy look compared to the listing photo.
Harriman is full of Victorians for sale. The town was created around the Victorian ideals and value systems. We need some old house lovers to move in and save them before they are destroyed.
